Getting Started
Welcome to Pepohon LeafCast! This guide walks you through setting up your vendor account and creating your first plant listing.
1. Create Your Account
Visit the registration page and sign up with your email and password. After registration, you'll be logged into the vendor portal automatically.

2. Explore the Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on the Dashboard. This is your command centre, showing:
- Total scans — how many times your QR codes have been scanned
- Active listings — the number of plant listings currently live
- Total QR codes — how many QR labels you've generated
- Subscription info — your current plan and its status
- 14-day scan trend — a line chart of daily scan activity
- Top plants — your most-scanned plants ranked by scan count
From the dashboard, you can jump directly to adding plants, viewing scan logs, or exploring analytics.
3. Try the Demo Portal
Not ready to set up your account yet? Visit the demo portal to explore the full platform with pre-loaded data for GreenLeaf Nursery:
- 847 total scans, 24 active listings, 89 QR codes
- Sample plants with pricing, GPS locations, and custom text
- Analytics dashboard with 30-day charts and source breakdown
- Campaign history with 3 demo campaigns
- Billing page with an active monthly subscription
The demo is read-only — no changes are saved. It's the fastest way to understand the platform before committing.
